What we collect
The quote form collects your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, the service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box.
What we do with it
Your details are used for one purpose: getting your quote moving. The enquiry is passed to one independent local decking contractor covering your area, who then contacts you about that enquiry. Depending on the arrangement in place at the time, that business either pays a fee for the enquiry, or rents this website and receives its enquiries directly. Either way the details go to one business only. They are not sold to multiple companies, added to marketing lists, or shared with anyone else.
Legal basis
Contract, meaning steps taken at your request before a contract is entered into, for handling the enquiry; legitimate interests for site security and aggregated, non-identifying measurement.
Analytics and cookies
Measurement on this site is cookieless: page views are counted in aggregate, individual visitors are not tracked, and no advertising cookies are set.
Emails
Confirmation and follow-up emails about your enquiry may be sent from the quoteupdate.co.uk domain, which 360 Media Works Ltd also operates.
Retention
Enquiry details are held for up to 24 months so follow-ups and any dispute can be dealt with, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your personal data, or its correction, deletion or restriction, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email [email protected] to exercise any of those rights.
